Reaction of 6‐chloronicotinoyl chloride with p‐phenylene diamine resulted in preparation of a dichloro diamide compound. Subsequently, chloro displacement of this compound with 4‐amino phenoxy groups led to production of a new pyridine‐based ether diamine named as N,N′‐(1,4‐phenylene)bis(6‐(4‐aminophenoxy) nicotinamide). Novel polyimide was prepared through polycondensation reaction of the diamine with hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalic anhydride (6‐FDA) via two‐step imidization method. In addition, new nanoporous polyimide films were produced through graft copolymerization of polyimide as the continuous phase with a thermally labile poly (propylene glycol) oligomer as the labile phase. The grafted copolymers were synthesized using reaction of the diamine and 6‐FDA in the presence of poly (propylene glycol) 2‐bromoacetate as thermally labile constituent via a poly(amic acid) precursor process. The labile block was decomposed via thermal treatment to release inert molecules that diffused out of the matrix to leave pores with diameters between 30 and 60 nm. The structures and properties of polyimide and polyimide nanofoams were characterized by different techniques including 1H‐NMR, FTIR, TGA, DMTA, SEM, TEM, dielectric constant, and tensile strength measurement. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The hybrid complex consist of molybdenylacetylacetonate complex covalently linked to a lacunary Keggin-type polyoxometalate, K8[SiW11O39] (POM), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, SEM, XRD, diffuse reflectance UV–Vis and FT-IR spectroscopic methods. The hybrid complex, [MoO2(acac)–POM] (1), was used for alkene epoxidation with tert-BuOOH in 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent. The complex (1) can catalyze epoxidation of various olefins including non-activated terminal olefins. The effect of reaction parameters such as oxidant, solvent, and temperature on the epoxidation of cyclooctene was also investigated. This heterogeneous catalyst was reused several times in the oxidation of cyclooctene.  相似文献

Impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, water vapor and heavy hydrocarbons in natural gas have considerable effects on the membrane performance. Small amounts of condensable and polymer soluble components in the feed gas cause swelling or plasticization of glassy membranes, leading to a reduction in membrane selectivity. In the present research the influence of ethane was investigated on the permeance and selectivity of two commercially available hollow fiber membranes, namely Cardo-type polyimide and PPO hollow fibers for CO2/CH4 separations. It was concluded that the gas mixture permeation rate was increased in the presence of C2H6. However, the CO2/CH4 separation factors remained almost the same in the presence and absence of the C2H6.  相似文献

Peat bogs have the ability to produce strong chelate ligands (humic and fulvic acids) which enhance the weathering rates of iron-silicate minerals and greatly increase the solubility of the essential trace metal iron in river water. Fluvial networks link peat bogs with the ocean, and thus terrestrial-derived fulvic-iron complexes fuel the ocean's biological productivity and biological carbon pump, but understanding this role is constrained by inconsistent observations regarding the behaviour of riverine iron in the estuarine mixing zone, where precipitation reactions remove iron from the water column. We applied a characterization of the colloidal iron carriers in peatland-draining rivers in North Scotland, using field-flow fractionation (FFF), in combination with end-member mixing experiments of river water sampled near the river mouth and coastal seawater using a 59Fe radiotracer method. According to our results, the investigated river contributed “truly dissolved” Fe concentrations of about 3300 nmol L− 1 to the ocean which is nearly two orders of magnitude higher than the dissolved iron contribution of the “average world” river (∼ 40 nmol L− 1). Thus we conclude that peatland-draining rivers are important sources of dissolved iron to the ocean margins. We propose highly electrostatic and sterical stabilized iron-organic matter complexes in the size range of < 2 kDa to be responsible for iron transport across the estuarine mixing zone.  相似文献

In this paper, the compensation advantage of the first-generation current conveyor (CCI) over the second-generation current conveyor (CCII) in tunable circuits is shown. For this purpose, a new floating frequency dependent negative resistor (FDNR) simulator using three CCIs is presented and employed in a third-order high-pass filter. The compensation feature of the CCI is shown for the proposed high-pass filter. As a second example, the presented compensation method is tested in a second-order band-pass filter constructed with two CCIs. Applying the proposed compensation technique, the CCI-based circuits can operate in lower biasing currents, which result in lower power consumption.  相似文献

To determine the prevalence of virulent Yersinia enterocolitica, 554 samples consisting of 354 bulk raw milks and 200 traditional cheeses were collected from different parts of Eastern-Azerbaijan province, during a 23-month period from 2008 to 2010. The occurrence of virulent strains of Y. enterocolitica in samples enriched in peptone sorbitol bile broth (PSBB) was evaluated via the detection of attachment invasion locus (ail) gene by PCR. The viability of virulent Y. enterocolitica in the PCR-positive samples was tested using conventional culture method and the isolates were confirmed by the second-phase ail-PCR. According to the results, 8.66% of total samples including 7.62% of bulk raw milks and 10.5% of raw milk cheeses were found ail-positive by PCR method; subsequently Y. enterocolitica was isolated by the culture method and confirmed by the second phase ail-PCR in 2.88% of total samples including 2.26% of raw milks and 4% of cheese samples. It was concluded that, a sample enrichment followed by ail-PCR was more sensitive and robust to detect and distinguish the virulent strains of Y. enterocolitica compared to the conventional culture method.  相似文献

A recent frequency estimation method was proposed in a Measurement paper for use in portable DSP based instrumentation. This method is especially important due to its low computational effort making it suitable for fast and low cost instrumentation. It has been found that many parameters can affect the frequency estimation using the proposed method. In this paper, the performance of the method in the presence of additive noise is evaluated, and the influence of signal frequency, initial phase, additive noise and number of analog-to-digital converter bits on the estimator is studied. Some caveats of the practical use of the method are addressed. Detailed numerical simulations based on a Monte Carlo procedure are presented in order to highlight the range of applicability of the method and determine the estimation bias.  相似文献

Integrally skinned asymmetric membranes for the separation of O2 and N2 were fabricated by the phase inversion technique from polysulfone, polyetherimide, and polyimide. Two types of surface modifying macromolecules (SMMs) including hydrophilic SMM (LSMM) and charged SMM (cSMM) were synthesized and blended with the casting solution to modify the membrane surface. The cast film was then immersed in the first coagulant alcohol (methanol, ethanol, or isopropanol) for a predetermined period, before being immersed in the second coagulant (water). The SMMs used in these experiments were laboratory synthesized by the two‐step process of polyurethane prepolymer synthesis and end capping, before being characterized by differential scanning calorimetry. Their molecular structure was determined from the molecular weight obtained by gel permeation chromatography. The membranes were characterized by contact angle measurement and O2 and N2 gas permeation performance. Attempts were made to interpret the gas permeation data by delayed demixing affected by solubility parameters of polymer, solvent, and nonsolvent. Furthermore, the permeation performance of cSMM membranes was interpreted by the solvation of the charged sulfonate groups present in cSMM. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 9Ni–2Mg–Y alloy powders were prepared by arc melting, induction melting, mechanical alloying, solid state reaction and subsequent ball milling processes. The results showed that melting processes are not suitable for preparation of 9Ni–2Mg–Y alloy due to high losses of Mg and Y. Therefore, 9Ni–2Mg–Y alloy powder was prepared by three methods including: 1) mechanical alloying, 2) mechanical alloying + solid state reaction + ball milling, and 3) mixing + solid state reaction + ball milling. The prepared 9Ni–2Mg–Y alloy powders were compared for their catalytic effects on hydrogen desorption of MgH2. It is found that 9Ni–2Mg–Y alloy powder prepared by mechanical alloying + solid state reaction + ball milling method has a smaller particle size (1–5 μm) and higher surface area (1.7 m2 g−1) than that of other methods. H2 desorption tests revealed that addition of 9Ni–2Mg–Y alloy prepared by mechanical alloying + solid state reaction + ball milling to MgH2 decreases the hydrogen desorption temperature of MgH2 from 425 to 210 °C and improves the hydrogen desorption capacity from 0 to 3.5 wt.% at 350 °C during 8 min.  相似文献

Replacement of milk protein with protein isolates from vegetable resources can significantly influence the characteristics of feta whey less cheese and also decrease the cost of final production. In this study, various blends of milk protein concentrate (MPC) and pea protein isolate (PPI) were mixed at levels of 12% MPC and 0% PPI (MP0), 10% MPC and 2% PPI (MP2), 9% MPC and 3% PPI (MP3), 8% MPC and 4% PPI (MP4), 7% MPC and 5% PPI (MP5), 6% MPC and 6% PPI (MP6) and used in the manufacture of wheyless feta cheese. The chemical, textural, rheological, and sensorial properties, as well as the microstructure of the cheese samples, were evaluated after 1, 15, and 30 days of storage. The general linear model procedure of SAS statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Duncan's multiple range tests was used to compare the means of different treatments. The results showed that all properties of the cheeses were influenced by different levels of PPI due to different total solids content. The use of high concentrations of PPI resulted in a more open protein network, softer structure and decreasing the storage (G′) and loss (G″) moduli in the cheeses. Sensory evaluation of the samples revealed that total score in terms of flavor, texture and overall acceptability was gradually decreased with increasing PPI levels, but still preferable for the panelists. Furthermore, for each sample, with increasing levels of PPI, the whiteness and the greenness were decreased, but the yellowness was increased.  相似文献
